The tomograms were accessed from the <a href="https://cryoetdataportal.czscience.com/runs/467?prev=%2Fdatasets%2F10006%3Fprev%3D%252Fbrowse-data%252Fdatasets">Cryo-ET Data Portal</a>. Raw data is available from <a href="https://doi.org/10.6019/EMPIAR-10493">EMPIAR-10493</a>. The membrane segmentation was created using <a href="https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.01.05.574336">MemBrain-seg</a>.</p>
