CeO2 non ambient XRD measurement from room temperature up to 300 degrees Celsius

<p>XRD dataset collected with Cu anode x-ray lamp in a laboratory setting. Cubic CeO2, starting from room temperature (RT = 23 deg. Celsius) ending at 300 deg. celsius. Acquisition parameters can be found in the <em>.xrdml </em>files. Nevertheless,&nbsp;<em>.xy</em> files are provided (column file, left column diffraction angle 2theta, right column intensity) for easier data plotting.</p>
