SpacePy Cusp Energetic Particle example data

<p>This dataset accompanies the Cusp Energetic Particles tutorial found at <a href="https://github.com/spacepy/examples">https://github.com/spacepy/examples</a></p> <p>It incorporates intermediate products used in the analysis of Niehof et al (2012),&nbsp;<a href="https://doi.org/10.5194/angeo-30-1633-2012">doi:10.5194/angeo-30-1633-2012</a> and a form of the one-minute Dst index from Gannon and Love (2011), <a href="https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jastp.2010.02.013">doi:10.1016/j.jastp.2010.02.013</a> .</p>
