All characters were independent and weighted equally. The Crinum flaccidum species complex has been separated into three clusters, namely, New South Wales, South Australia and C. luteolum. Within C. luteo-lum, the northern morphotype is red and the southern morphotype orange. The letter(s) and numbers at the start of C. flaccidum and C. luteolum samples indicate the population (Table S1).
