Proton fluxes from the REleASE system from 1995 to 2016

<p>This dataset has been generated utilizing the REleASE method described in Posner (2007, doi:10.1029/2006SW000268). It utilizes data from the Electron Proton Helium INstrument aboard SOHO (M&uuml;ller-Mellin et al., 1995, doi:10.1007/BF00733437).&nbsp;</p> <p>Yearly files of 22 proton energy bins created from level 1 EPHIN .PHA and .SCI data from 1995 to 2016.
