Atomic data for SIKE

<div> <p>This is a repository of atomic data (levels, transitions, cross-sections, etc) for use with the atomic kinetic solver SIKE (https://github.com/plasdom/SIKE). This is used for calculating equilibrium atomic state distributions in magnetic fusion plasmas with impurities.&nbsp;</p> <p>It has been assembled with inputs from:<br>- FAC (Gu, M.
