Tree point cloud dataset
<p>This dataset includes real point cloud data and synthetic datasets. The real point cloud data includes 13 plum trees; there are two types of synthetic datasets, including complex and simple structure data.</p> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td>BPs (Output)</td> <td>The branch point pairs of the broken skeletons reconnected in the storage experiment</td> </tr> <tr> <td>CMSBs (Output)</td> <td>The final skeleton obtained by experimental completion</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Input_pcd (Intput)</td> <td>Point cloud data</td> </tr> <tr> <td>MB_pcd (Output)</td> <td>Synthetic datasets are unique, simulating missing point clouds</td> </tr> <tr> <td>MSBs (Output)</td> <td>Extracted discontinuous skeleton</td> </tr> <tr> <td>skeleton (Output)</td> <td>Synthetic datasets are unique, complete skeletons extracted from the complete point cloud data</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
