Diversity of NOD-like receptors in Sordariales fungi

<p>We conducted a systematic exploration of domain assortments in NOD-like receptors (NLRs) of Sordariales fungi.</p> <p>List of files:</p> <p>HMM.zip: Hidden Markov models used to identify N-terminal, NB, and C-terminal models using HMMER (hmmer.org)</p> <p>assemblies-genemodels.zip: Assemblies and predicted genes.</p> <p>Orthogroups.tsv: Orthology table, with one orthogroup per line, one species per column.</p> <p>all_4613_NLRs_nt.fasta.gz: Nucleotide sequence of the 4613 NLRs identified in 82 Sordariales genomes.</p>
