German small lake and pond inventory (GSLPI)

<p>This dataset contains locations and selected attributes for ~262.000 small lakes and ponds (10 - 500.000 m2) in Germany.</p> <p>The data was collected from openly available cadastric information available at the federal state level as described in the <em>sources.txt</em> file.</p> <p>The <em>data&nbsp;</em>directory contains geometry data and attributes regarding the lakes and ponds.</p> <p>The scripts used to create the GSLPI can be found in the&nbsp;<em>scripts </em>directory<em>.</em></p> <p>Both directories contain&nbsp;<em>readme.txt</em> files with further details.</p>
