<p>Standard and maximum metabolic rate and aerobic scope datasets for Atlantic salmon juveniles.</p> <p><strong>In raw data files</strong> ("xxx_bgCorrected_alldata_xx"), oxygen saturations (O2.correct) are shown in mg O2/L after correcting for background respiration. </p> <p><strong>The analysed datasets </strong>("Analysed_xxx_data.txt"), contain values for each fish, combined with information of fixed and random effects for the models.
