Confocal data of Coslonatus rasnitsyni, holotype, NIGP177330

<p>This dataset contains the raw confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) slices for the holotype of&nbsp;<em>Coslonatus rasnitsyni</em>&nbsp;(NIGP177330) from mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber. This&nbsp;dataset is&nbsp;associated with the&nbsp;publication &quot;An aberrant colydiine-like tenebrionoid from mid-Cretaceous Burmese amber (Coleoptera: Tenebrionoidea: Zopheridae)&quot; (DOI:10.11646/palaeoentomology.4.6.10).</p> <p>Confocal images were obtained with a Zeiss LSM710 confocal laser scanning microscope, using the 488 nm Argon laser excitation line. The original CZI files&nbsp;are provided, which could be opened by the ZEISS ZEN software.</p>
