<p>Analysis of RNA transcripts in the liver and lung of healthy (n=2), SIV infected (n=2) and antiretroviral therapy treated (n=2) rhesus macaques using NovaSeq 6000 flowcell S1 at the Next-Generation Sequencing Platform, Genomics Center (CHU de Qu&eacute;bec-Universit&eacute; Laval Research Center, Qu&eacute;bec City, Canada). Gene symbols and amounts of transcripts per million (TPM) are listed for each condition.</p>
