Data with gaps and ambiguous nucleotides were removed during alignment for reconstruction of the tree. The tree was generated using the NJ method in MEGA 7.0 based on a comparison of 1497 nt. Bootstrap values are expressed as percentages of 1000 replications. The GenBank/EMBL/DDBJ accession number of each sequence is shown in parentheses.
