Interviews - collaborative housing in Poland, 2020/21

<p>Key groups were identified in this case: one of the leaders who initiated the project &lsquo;Nowe Zerniki&rsquo; in Wrocław and ensured its implementation, a resident who lived in &lsquo;Kooperatywa Mieszkaniowa Nowe Zerniki&rsquo; and was involved in the whole investment process and the housing research community, including researchers, architects, NGOs, finally, there was the leader and a resident of the &lsquo;Pomorze&rsquo; housing project in Gdynia. In total, six interviews were conducted, with the duration of individual interviews varying from 1 to 1.5 h. Two leaders were selected from Wroclaw and Gdynia, two residents representing collaborative housing initiatives from Wrocław and Gdynia, a representative of a foundation preparing a new housing cooperative project, as well as a researcher and an architect working on affordable housing.</p>
