KM1513 Diel Cruise Prochlorococcus Ecotype qPCR Results

Prochlorococcus ecotype abundance quantified using qPCR methods developed by the Chisholm lab. Samples were taken at a variety of depths on the KM1513 cruise also known as the Diel cruise in the North Pacific around Station ALOHA. Biological triplicate samples were collected and technical qPCR replicates were performed on biological duplicate filters (that is, one filter remains unextracted) . Failed replicates or those with high disconcordance with other replicates were removed.
