<p>This document supports a review of the field of political ecology, detailing the methods applied to two of the databases used in the study: a quantitative bibliometric content of Scopus indexed publications referring to political ecology (1951-2019), and a focus on the publications by the review Journal of political ecology. </p> <p>This database has been downloaded in 2019 and it can be updated from the Scopus database, using the keyword "political ecology".</p>
