Input files for CelparBTE

These files are examples of mesh definition used in CelparBTE. The filenames follow a format of Mk_Np.in, where M is the number of cells (in thousand) and N is the number of partition.

CelparBTE is a Fortran-90 source code designated for solving the phonon Boltzmann Transport Equation (BTE) to predict the temperature distribution in semiconductors using a 'synthetic' parallelization method. Specifically, the parallelization method includes three options: cell-based, batched cell-based, and hybrid band-based/cell-based.
