Transition PPS to PTS-like in Myo6
<p>In this short video are shown five main rearrangements occurring during a spontaneous transition of Myosin VI from the PPS state to a (putative) PTS-like one.</p> <p>The transition was captured with classic all-atom MD simulation.</p>
