Simulated data for MetaGT publication

<p>The datasets contains metagenomic and metatranscriptomic Illumina reads simulated for 3 different sets of Bacteria:</p> <p>- Simple7<br> 7 bacterial species, inlcuding 2 members of the genus&nbsp;Corynebacterium.<br> - Medium20<br> 20&nbsp;bacterial species, including 2 members of the genus Corynebacterium.<br> - Complex32<br> 32&nbsp;bacterial species, including 2 strains Escherichia coli,&nbsp;3 members of the genus&nbsp;Shigella,2 members of the&nbsp;Salmonella, 4 members of the &nbsp;Lactobacillus, 2 members of the &nbsp;Corynebacterium, 2 members of the &nbsp;Desulfosporosinus.</p>
