Simulating a drawing of the Hague Peace Palace in the Netherlands, it has a continuous semicircular arched colonnade, window sills, a tower that emphasizes it's height via a long glass surface installed in the corner of the frame; all carefully designed with raised and lowered windows. It is popular as a symbol of Koriyama City and is still used today for concerts.
