Cerro Gordo Hotel Nail

An old nail from the hotel at Cerro Gordo Mines, near Lone Pine, California. Cerro Gordo was a silver mine and town that is now in private ownership and being rennovated to reopen as a heritage tourist destination. The old wooden hotel burned down in 2020 due to an electrical fire and nails from it are sold via the Cerro Gordo website store to raise money for its rebuilding. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerro_Gordo_Mines https://cerrogordomines.com/ 294 photos taken in November 2020 with a Sony a6000 and processed in Reality Capture.
