Medieval sculpture of St. Bartholomew (Évora)

Medieval sculpture of St. Bartholomew, carved in marble in the fifteenth century. Saint Bartholomew is represented holding a large knife in his right hand (Bartholomew was skinned alive with a knife), while with his left hand he holds a book and a chain with which he retains a diabolical figure.
