Palmyrene tomb relief of two sisters

A relief from Palmyra, which once stood in a niche near a grave. To the right of the older woman's head is an Aramaic inscription: "Alas, the daughter of Wahba, Shalmat". The child's left reads, "Akamat, alas!" and "The Daughter of Wahba". They were two sisters, one of whom had already died as a child.
