The Namibian localities are numbered from 1 through 6 (1: Farm Tafelkop; 2: Farm Louwshoop 330; 3: Klein Karas; 4: Ortmansbaum; 5: Farm Lützelhöhe; 6: Warmbad), the? represents the doubtful record from Angra Pequena/Lüderitz.
