On the dominant factor controlling seasonal hydrological forecast skill in China

<p>This is the open-access material for Paper water-228727, which is used to identify the dominant factor controlling seasonal hydrological forecast skill over China. This material contains three files, namely DATA.rar, CODE.rar, and README.txt. The first two files are archived folders with the dataset, codes and scripts for each figure of this paper inclusive.
