Spectra related to the study about the Permselectivity of Silk Fibroin Hydrogels for Advanced Drug Delivery Neurotherapies

This material is associated with the study about the Permselectivity of Silk Fibroin Hydrogels for Advanced Drug Delivery Neurotherapies. Herein are enclosed the FTIR spectra of silk fibroin solutions and hydrogels, and representative spectra from mass spectrometry technique for the quantification of cholesteronitrone F2 released from silk fibroin hydrogels.

FTIR spectra prior to sonication are named as SF_2%_pre-sonication_0X and SF_6%_pre-sonication_0X, being 2 and 6% the concentration of silk fibroin in the solution and X the number of replicate.

FTIR spectra 24 hours after sonication are named as SF_2%_post-sonication_0X and SF_6%_post-sonication_0X, being 2 and 6% the concentration of silk fibroin in the hydrogel and X the number of replicate.

The files with file format .mzXML and named as spectrum are representative spectra from mass spectrometry technique from the calibration curve (Spectrum_matrix; Spectrum_IS_10uM; Spectrum_F2_10uM; Spectrum_IS+F2_10uM) and the quatification of F2 released from SF hydrogels (Spectrum_2%_X; Spectrum_6%_X; being X the time point of release).
