The Collegiants in Amsterdam

<p>Amsterdam was one of the Dutch cities where the nonconformist religious group known as the Collegiants began to meet. This dataset lists the names of persons known to have attended meetings of this group, either occasionally or regularly. The list has been compiled using primary sources, namely the minutes books of the consistory of the Reformed Church in Amsterdam and other documents from the Collegiants found in the Amsterdam City Archive. Biographical data for each name has been collected via the database OpenArchieven.nl.</p>
