Data from: Untangling the complex food webs of tropical rainforest streams.

<p>This submission encompasses biological data sampled in five stream stretches at the Cananeia watershed in S&atilde;o Paulo State (Brazil) in 2019.</p> <p>The dataset includes:</p> <p>1) Individually measured data from invertebrates and fish.</p> <p>2) Gut content data from fish species.</p> <p>3) Stable Isotopes data from animals and basal resources.</p> <p>4) A literature compilation of trophic interactions for the species in the dataset.</p>
