Data from: Green derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetry for kinetic stability study of florfenicol

<p>This dataset contains data representing synchronous fluorescence spectra obtained upon utilizing spectrofluorometry as a highly sensitive analysis tool for the simultaneous determination of Florfenicol with its different degradation products obtained after stress testing. Synchronous fluorimetry was used followed by applying either first or second derivatization according to the type of degradation aiming to obtain highly resoluted spectra. Different degradation pathways according to published literature were used to interpret degradation kinetic parameters, which were in accordance with previously reported articles. The dataset also includes different validation parameters applied.</p>
