DeepKymoTracker: A tool for accurate construction of cell lineage trees for highly motile cells

<p>These are the compiled models and weights of convolutional neural networks utilized in DeepKymoTracker (full version). Segmentor and Refiner form a segmentation ensemble for segmenting one cell of interest in a 96x96 patch with the cell approximately in the center of the patch. Tracker-6 is a CNN which is trained to track one cell at a time in each frame in microscope cell movies.</p>
