2D Transdimensional Joint Inversion of RMT and ERT Data

<p>These directories contain the dataset (synthetic and field data), processed data&nbsp;obtained using the 2D transdimensional Bayesian inversion and inverted models<br>obtained using WSJointInv2D-MT-DCR code for the publications &ldquo;2D Transdimensional&nbsp;Joint Inversion of Radio magnetotelluric and Electrical Resistivity&nbsp;Tomography Data&rdquo;.<br>All scripts to produce the plots are written in MATLAB and the scripts are&nbsp;given in each folder. The name of each plotting script begins with &ldquo;A1 xxx.m&rdquo;.&nbsp;For example the script &ldquo;A1 Stats plot.m&rdquo; in &ldquo;./Synthetic Data/plot model&rdquo; is&nbsp;used to plot various statistical maps such as mean, median, standard deviations,&nbsp;etc.</p>
