Data for: Short photoperiods end autumn migration in a naïve diurnal migrant

Data are measurements of daily mean flight activity, daily mean activity 1 h before lights off, and daily body mass from individual hatch-year dunnocks (Prunella modularis, a songbird) captured in southern Sweden (55.68 °N, 13.43 °E). Individuals were allocated to either a control or treatment group for investigating the influence of photoperiod on the dunnocks first autumn migration. The R script used to analyze the data and obtain the results in the associated article is also provided.

More information about the data and funding sources is available in Huffeldt et al. 2024, Animal Behaviour: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.anbehav.2024.06.011.
