Airfuge Ultracentrifugation of Suspensions on Electron Microscopy Grids for Particle Enrichment - Video

<p>The video shows the ultracentrifugation of suspensions to enrich particles on electron microscopy grids for negative staining electron microscopy. For this purpose, an air-driven desktop ultracentrifuge, the Airfuge, is used with a fixed-angle rotor. Electron microscopy grids are placed in particular adaptors and the suspension is directly centrifuged on the grids.
