Dublin dataset for stereo and MVS

<p>The Dublin stereo and MVS dataset is based on the original Dublin dataset (check https://geo.nyu.edu/?f%5Bdct_isPartOf_sm%5D%5B%5D=2015+Dublin+LiDAR).</p> <p>Samples were adapted to be compatible with the format required by stereo and MVS networks.
