For tissue coverage growth in the 2015RTE, there was an origin effect (F = 62.163, p <0.001) and location effect (F = 67.68, p <0.001), but no origin × location interaction (F = 0.695, p = 0.406). No statistics for the origin versus location effect were conducted in the 2014RTE because of a lack of sufficient sample size caused by mortality. †All samples were dead.
