During the trial period, the following variables were controlled for: temperature, photoperiod, dissolved oxygen, oxygen saturation percentage, pH, conductivity, ammonium, nitrite, and nitrates. The extraction of the specimens was carried out completely at random. On the extraction days, samples of hepatopancreas and muscle were obtained.
