Phylogenetic tree obtained by global alignment with free end gap and using Neighbor-Joining method with Geneious Pro R6 software and using Tamura-Nei's Genetic Distance Model on cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) fragments from UK stonefly species retrieved on NCBI database. The tree was rooted with Zwicknia bifrons. See (Appendix. 1) for available sequences downloaded from GenBank and new sequence codes.
