rDNA contig alignment Lecanora markjohnstonii

<p>This rDNA dataset was aligned using MUSCLE-3.7 with default parameters (Edgar 2004) via the CIPRES Science Gateway (Miller, Pfeiffer &amp; Schwartz 2010). This alignment was then manually curated using Mesquite-3.04 (Maddison &amp; Maddison 2015), with ambiguously aligned regions excluded from the alignment. The alignment was made in order to infer a phylogenetic tree of the position of&nbsp;<em>Lecanora markjohnstonii</em>, a new species of lichenized fungus.</p>
