Estimated counts for simulated data (Homo sapiens) from Soneson et al (2016)

Estimated counts for isoforms for the simulated data (Homo sapiens) using kallisto from Soneson et al (2016) "Isoform prefiltering improves performance of count-based methods for analysis of differential transcript usage" Genomy Biology 17(12).

From the Methods:

"The transcriptome catalogs used as the basis for the expression estimation and simulation were Ensembl GRCh37.71 for the human simulation (using only the chromosomes in the primary genome assembly)."

From the Background:

"Finally, we define the counting bins as the isoforms themselves and use kallisto (v0.42.1) to estimate the number of reads assigned to each isoform (kallisto)."

These text files contain the estimated counts per isoform for the 6 samples.
