<p>Supplementary Video of the <em>in situ</em> fracture of Cu/Nb PVD metallic multilayered clamped beam 1 inside the JEOL JSM-7600F FESEM. Hysitron PI-85 picoindenter was used to perform this experiment under displacement control with a conical flat tip. </p>
