Pl@ntNet queries 2017-2018 in France

<p>Plant species occurrences of <a href="https://zenodo.org/api/files/6330616a-f895-4f86-9dcb-6213a14846fb/PL_complete.csv">PL_complete.csv</a> come from automatic species identification of pictures produced in 2017-2018 by the smartphone application Pl@ntNet, where users are mainly amators botanists. The automatic identification suggestion have been consistantly done with the Pl@ntNet engine of december 2018. The species label (glc19SpId) is the species with highest probability. The glc19SpId matches a species name (of taxonomic referential Taxref v12) which is given by the auxiliary table <a href="https://zenodo.org/api/files/6330616a-f895-4f86-9dcb-6213a14846fb/taxaName_glc19SpId_InTest.csv">taxaName_glc19SpId_InTest.csv</a>. The identification certainty score (field FirstResPLv2Score) is given with each occurrence. Occurrences have been filtered to be inside the metropolitan French territory and Corsica, and have a geolocation certainty lower than 30 meters.</p>
