No </p> <p> correction to fldigi clock error was included but was found to cause fldigi readings to be</p> <p> 0.012 Hz high. Injected signal level was adjusted to exceed maximum expected</p> <p> measurement signal level, resulting in a constant "S-meter" reading of S9+20.</p>
