Die Grundrechtsprüfung durch den EuGH – Systematisierung, Analyse und Kontextualisierung der Rechtsprechung nach Inkrafttreten der EU-Grundrechtecharta (Online-Anhang)

<p>Hat die Charta der Grundrechte der Europ&auml;ischen Union die zuvor stark kritisierte Grundrechtspr&uuml;fung des EuGH verbessert? Christian G. H. It is formatted as an Excel sheet and can be sorted and filtered according to various criteria (e.g. date of decision, charter article cited, rapporteur, case group, type of procedure, country of origin, etc.).</p>
