An analysis employing only unique haplotypes yields the same topology. "*" Represents the same values for MP and ML. Bombus morio (Swederus, 1787) was used as outgroup. The collapsed branch includes all Bombus brasiliensis haplotypes found on the haplotype network from Fig 2 and S1 Fig.
