Diversity gradients in modern North American Rodents

This repository contains data and code utilized to perform the work outlined in the manuscript "Diversity gradients in North American rodents: comparisons of biodiversity measures to climatic and environmental drivers".

Much of the data (body mass, spatial, and climate) utilized in this study come from publicly available databases, and can be independently from these sources. Other components (sampling points) are from previous publications. These data are utilzed to test relationships between rodent biodiversity measures (species richness, body mass, and body mass diversity) and climate measures, as well as subsequently model these relationships.
