Note that in the lower part of the section where the environment is unstable only the ecophenotypic parameters (D and SH) change whereas the parameters SA and A, both signals of morphological changes start to evolve after the environment stabilizes. The Kolmogorov−Smirnov D statistic counted with PAST software (Hammer et al. 2001) gives roughly the same results.
