The Illinois Wildflowers site provides descriptions, photographs, and range maps of over 800 species of vascular plants in Illinois, USA. All of the text, maps, line drawings, and nearly all of the images are the work of Dr. John Hilty, who has spent over six years organizing this information into five habitat categories: Prairie, savanna, weedy, wetland, and woodland.
