Data from the exposure of M.tuberculosis H37Rv to usnic acid
<p>Metabolomic and transcriptomic data were collected after Mycobacterium tuberfculosis H37Rv exposure to usnic acid (<span>512 μg/mL) for </span>24h. Data were collected from test and control cultures. In metabolomic experiment the whole cells and extracellular fractions were analysed and lipids were annotated.</p>
