Tiger occupancy

<p>These datasets were used in "Tiger recovery amidst people and poverty" (Jhala et al. <em>in review</em>) for modelling multi-season tiger occupancy and their co-occurrence with other&nbsp;fauna. The dataset named "occupancy" includes variables on occupancy survey and site characteristics at 100 km2&nbsp;grid scale for every four years from 2006 to 2018. There were in total four sampling cycles between this period. Occupancy surveys are provided as replicates with tiger presence and replicates with tiger absence per grid cell, per sampling year. Site covariates are provided as standardized values per grid cell. For details on site covariates please refer to Jhala et al. (<em>in review</em>).&nbsp; Details on the methodology, data source, and resolution can be found in the peer-reviewed study (Link to study on publication).</p>
