<p>This repository contains the fragments files for the gDNA component of two DEFND-seq libraries from each of two GBM patients. The correspond scRNA-seq data and additional metadata can be found on the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession GSE224149. The two samples correspond to GEO entries GSM7817780 and GSM7016419.</p>
